What is the estimated wait time for receiving order?

The majority of our pieces require 3-7 business days to be crafted before they are dispatched. Some items are pre-made and available for immediate shipment. To find out the processing time for a specific product, refer to the product details listed below the item.

Do you need my measurements?

Your measurements are not required. A size chart is provided in the drop-down menu to assist you in selecting the correct size. However, if you wish to share your measurements along with your order number, feel free to email us at info@shopjaylush.com.

What should I do if my outfit doesn't fit correctly?

If your outfit doesn't fit as expected, please email us with your order number and outline your concerns. We will assist you in arranging an exchange. Full refunds are exclusively available for the following reasons:
- Processing time (excluding shipping time) exceeded 7 business days.
- You received an incorrect item or a different color than what was ordered.

Please note that if any issues arise with the delivery carrier, but the item was shipped within the specified 7 business days with the selected shipping option, refunds will not be issued as we have fulfilled our responsibility.

 How do I cancel an order?

Simply click on "Contact" in the drop-down menu. Kindly email us your full name and order number. Any cancellations made after 72 hours (3 days) of payment will result in a 50% refund of the product price. Please note that no refunds for cancellation will be issued once the product has been completed and shipped out.
